  BeTwin, Buddy and WinConnect Server XP version 2.00.362 or later support Windows XP SP3 RC2. If you are using earlier version of BeTwin, Buddy or WinConnect Server XP, you will need to upgrade to BeTwin, Buddy or WinConnect Server XP version 2.00.362 or later.
Installation Note:
After upgrading to Windows XP Service Pack 3 RC2, you will need to uninstall the current BeTwin software (even though you may have installed the latest BeTwin software version), restart Windows, re-install with the latest BeTwin software version and run Configuration Wizard to re-setup the Host and Station(s).
Note: You may need to re-register BeTwin again using the same primary serial number that was originally registered on the same PC as the installation of Windows XP SP3 RC2 may have affected the BeTwin licensing.
After upgrading to Windows XP Service Pack 3 RC2, you will need to uninstall the current Buddy software (even though you may have installed the latest Buddy software version), restart Windows, re-install with the latest Buddy software version and run Configuration Wizard to re-setup the Host and Station(s).
After upgrading to Windows XP Service Pack 3 RC2, you will need to uninstall the current WinConnect Server XP software (even though you may have installed the latest WinConnect Server XP software version), restart Windows and re-install with the latest WinConnect Server XP software version.

Note: You may need to re-register WinConnect Server XP again using the same primary serial number that was originally registered on the same PC as the installation of Windows XP SP3 RC2 may have affected the WinConnect Server XP licensing.
Windows XP Service Pack 3 RC2 Remote Desktop Support:
The Remote Desktop feature on the Windows XP (Professional or Home Edition) Host computer need to be enabled so that Remote Desktop users can login into the computer using Remote Desktop connection. On the Windows desktop, select Main Menu Start Button (on the Panel) => Settings => Control Panel => Windows Firewall.

Under the "Exceptions" tab, check the box "Remote Desktop" under Programs and Services.
